Coordinated and implemented new Microsoft, VMware, Citrix, and BMC BladeLogic technology projects. Responsible for all Windows servers in an enterprise-class data center facility. Created implementation and maintenance documentation and DR plans, executed formal change control methodology, resolved trouble tickets, managed OS security patching. *Accomplishments:* Led weekly planning meetings for all Windows infrastructure initiatives across a base of 400 servers. Coordinated the replacement of an older VMware ESX 3.5 server farm with 3 new VMware ESXi 4.0 server clusters. Configured production servers for disaster recovery using VMware SRM to fail over to an off-site data center.
