Managed and supported ASP and co-location customers in a high-end, highly-available Data Center facility. Configured and maintained Microsoft Active Directory, Group Policy, Exchange Server, SQL Server, and Citrix application server farms for multiple customers. Installed and maintained Microsoft and Linux-based web servers hosting multiple web sites. Created detailed design and configuration documentation for multiple customer environments. Evaluated and recommended new products and technologies for deployment into production. Responsible for all Linux configuration and support issues, including in-house Linux DNS, web, and email servers.

Configured hardware and software at customer sites, troubleshot problems, and performed minor repairs. Managed personal equipment inventory for customer sales and support.

Installed and administered the company's Novell LAN. Also installed and configured document imaging and archiving systems for customers.
